Meet the CEO and Founder

Mark Zamuner

Mark is a marketing industry leader - Over the last two decades, he has helped blue chip brands grow and scale utilizing strategic marketing and advanced analytics. He has worked with clients such as eHarmony, Angie’s List, Blue Apron, Wix, Zillow, Groupon, Dollar Shave Club and 23andMe. 

In 2011, Mark founded TWO NIL after spending a decade on the consumer marketing side. TWO NIL was designed to fill the gap between strategic consulting and effective execution of media investments. 


More importantly, he is a father of three teenagers and a .500 coach in youth football over the course of 8 seasons…and has enjoyed having coached both his son and daughter during his career.

Greg Castronuovo

Greg is an innovative and award-winning marketing professional with over 30 years of experience sustaining and growing brands, products, and services across multiple categories. Named an Advertising Age Media Maven for his work, Greg most recently created a new type of growth acceleration consultancy called St@rt. 
Previous to St@rt, Greg managed a portfolio of brands in his capacity as President, West for Zenith Media - a division of Publicis. Clients included Farmers Insurance and Disney Parks/Consumer Products. Greg also spent 12 years at Omnicom growing OMD’s West Coast presence in Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. While there, he helped dozens of blue-chip brands develop strategies to drive sales growth domestically and globally. 


On the client-side, Greg was VP of Media and Brand Activation for Virgin Mobile where he helped establish the brand in the U.S. He also served as VP Marketing at WWE where he helped catapult the company to historical growth, oversaw a rebrand of the company, and helped take WWE public. Prior to WWE, he was at FOX and NBC in various marketing capacities including VP National Promotions for FOX and Director, Digital Marketing for NBC. Greg lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two daughters and their dog, Fred.

Bob Rafeedie

Bob is a Software Product and Technology Leader. He has worked on several innovative products and has built several high performing teams in High Tech Fortune 500 companies. He is currently working in tech startup companies to share his experience and build new products in exciting new markets. Bob enjoys his time with family and friends and exploring parks and trails with his dog Bucky.

Megan Dandois

As part of the client success team at Experian and as a Vice President at Citibank, Megan has helped drive new business growth, retention and upselling of services throughout her career.  As VP of New Business for Two Nil Holdings, Megan leads our growth efforts across our agency brands. Megan lives in Los Angeles and is a graduate of William & Mary.

VP, Marketing Sciences

Andy Calver

Andy is a business intelligence and data analytics industry expert. Over the past 15 years he has built out numerous reporting and data science departments driving sweeping changes in the ways that organizations ingest, store and visualize data. He has worked with and deployed many of the industry leading technologies such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Spark. As a graduate of General Electric’s Edison Engineering Development Program, Andy provides data driven insight that always keeps the customer central to all decision making. 

Prior to joining TWO NIL, Andy was CEO of Marlin Truett Data Solutions, a data and strategy consultancy. He also led the analytics team at Gamefly, producing lifetime value models that would change the course of the business.

In his free time, he can be found having adventures with his son, everything from river rafting to snowboarding. On slower days, an inside adventure with one of many different board games.
